Carving, Dremeling and refining an EVA foam shape to heat Worbla over! This was a method I used to create the 3 Cerebus skulls I made for Zagreus from Hades! I wanted the skulls to be hollow and light but also durable so I heated up 2 layers of Worbla Pearly Art and shaped it over the EVA foam piece. Making masks from Worbla is really fun, because you can easily sculpt details while it's flat and then shape it to your face for the perfect fit! For these 2 masks, I used the Cricut Maker from @cricut_sa to cut some details from 1mm EVA craft foam and attached it to a single layer of Worbla Black Art before adding a top layer to sandwich it together. I then applied heat to certain areas and added additional sculpted details before shaping it to my face! 😁 . #cosplayersofinstagram #cricut #wip

In this little video clip I show you how I use this awesome feature of the thermoplastic Worbla to create a scale texture on my armor for my Lady Loki cosplay. I'm using scales that I cut out of craftfoam as a base. I glue them on my Worbla cups and make sure they overlap nicely.
